AM- Didn't really do much running today. Crossfit workout which was pretty gnarly. The workout was 2 rounds of 50-40-30-20-10 of double unders on the jump rope and in between sets 10 burpees and 10 box jumps. Time was 18:41. Good workout. Then did a easy mile cooldown.
PM- 2 mile warmup jog then just did 6.5 miles on the assault bike. Followed by some more burpees.
