AM- 5 miles easy. I am super sore for some reason today. I knew that I would be sore yesterday from Murph, but apparently I am still sore from it today as well. Hopefully I will get loosened up by tomorrow. I probably will do another shakeout tonight.
PM- 3 mile shakeout right before lunch. Should've waited until night, it is hot out. Average pace 7:12
