AM- 1.5 mile warmup, then crossfit conditioning workout. 26 minute amrap: 50 double unders, 25 dumbell snatches w/25lb, 10 box step ups, 1 minute assault bike. Got in 7 rounds total. 1.5 mile cooldown. Good effort this morning.
PM- 4 miles easy around my neighborhood. 7:42 average.
