AM- Decided to do a little speed change workout today, since I haven't done much in forever. Warmup 2 miles then 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off, 4min on, 4 min off 3,3 2,2 1,1. Felt a little bit off on form today but I'm sure it will come and go during the winter cause of not doing much form work and speed changes. Cooldown to 7.
