Morning run was 6 mi at 6:46 pace. Afternoon run was 7 mi. at 6:33. I felt pretty sluggish on both runs. I don't know what the deal is with my energy level. I think that more sleep would help. I'm going to try this 6 mi. 7 mi. schedule for awhile and see if my body will adjust to those demands. I am timing so many races during the next two months that it is going to be tough getting in a 17-18 miler.

Nice and easy 6 miles this morning 6:57 pace. So much easier on the body than 6:30's.

This evening I ran easy but ended up running faster than this morning. Oh well, I just ran comfortably. 7 mi. at 6:43.

Nice easy morning run. It was windy out of the west. Dave I actually approched slowing down to 7:00 miles. I ended up with 6 mi. at 6:57 ave. I feel ok, just need to push through some stiffness.

This afternoon was the windiest run ever. I had my new Ipod on and that made the run more relaxed. I ran 7 mi. at 6:38 ave. I felt pretty strong this afternoon.

This afternoon I felt really good in my run. The wind was blowing, but everything seemed to be clicking inside me. I ran 6.5 mi. at 6:34 ave. Not that fast but I felt really good running.
