Morning run was 6 mi at 6:46 pace. Afternoon run was 7 mi. at 6:33. I felt pretty sluggish on both runs. I don't know what the deal is with my energy level. I think that more sleep would help. I'm going to try this 6 mi. 7 mi. schedule for awhile and see if my body will adjust to those demands. I am timing so many races during the next two months that it is going to be tough getting in a 17-18 miler. |
