Time to start over. Haven't run since S.G.M.2008 I have been working out and have put on about 12 pounds. I feel strong but lacking in aerobic fitness. I ran a mile, then did some upper body, then another mile. I continued this and then ran an easy 2 mi. to finish up. I think I will be ready for another marathon towards the end of the year. I plan to add some speed work to this years training. |
