Time to start over. Haven't run since S.G.M.2008  I have been working out and have put on about 12 pounds. I feel strong but lacking in aerobic fitness. I ran a mile, then did some upper body, then another mile. I continued this and then ran an easy 2 mi. to finish up. I think I will be ready for another marathon towards the end of the year. I plan to add some speed work to this years training.

Nice to see your back. We'll have to do some long runs together this summer. I did Ogden over the weekend, it went pretty good.

Yes, it is nice to finally have you back on the blog. In some ways i am jealous that you have been resting from running, while many of us have been training. It will be interesting to see if it will pay off for me. I just feel so burned out sometimes. I have probably ran twice as many miles so far this year as i had at this time last year, but i don't really feel like my fitness is much better than last year. I am sure that you can bounce back. you,ll be back in great shape in no time at all. good luck we'll see you around.

Ken, good to see you on here again - I had been wondering what you were up to. See you out on some runs!

Good to have you back Ken. I think STG took it out of most of us last fall. Good luck with the training this summer. You'll have to come out and run with us once in a while.
