Short-Term Running Goals:

Run twice a day, everyother day. Build mileage to about 60 mi. per week. Find a winter marathon to run.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Find my limits at age 46/47/48...and on and on and on.

Personal:

I am very happily married to a wonderful lady. She is my biggest fan. I have two wonderful kids, 4 great step children, and two step grandsons. I teach Elementary school PE.

I was really tired last night and skipped my evening run. I went to bed early and slept in, skipping this mornings run. I think I was just feeling some overall body fatigue. Anyway, this afternoon I went out in the wind and put in a very comfortable 6.45 mi. at 6:41 pave. I'm going to make this an easy week and just do one run a day. I think I will be back to my strong self next week if I give myself this little break. Next week my goal is 80 mi. I am not looking forward to the summer heat that is just around the corner.

Hey Ken - Are you going to be around this weekend? I'm thinking about doing another 20.

I don't know what's going on with me lately - my strength is just not there.

Steve, I'm going to run the little 5k 10k that is happening on Sat. So I'm not doing a long one this week. I will be ready for another long one next Friday morning.
