Ran the Kayenta Loop counter clock wise. felt really good as I got into the run. Stopped my Garmin at my gel break and forgot to turn it back on till I looked at it when I got to Ivins. Anyway, I feel good about where I'm at with endurance. No real struggles today. Ave. was only 6:55, but that's mostly because I didn't have my watch on during the 4-5 miles of downhill coming out of kayenta. |
