This morning I ran 11.4 mi. at 6:38 ave. I ran my loop counter clock wise. I was pretty stiff from all the miles last week, but I loosened up after about 5 miles.
This afternoon just ran an easy 5 at 6:52 ave. I am taking advantage of Spring Break and this great weather.
I hope I can continue this pace without injury. I am being very careful to listen to signs from my body. |
