Short-Term Running Goals:
Run twice a day, everyother day. Build mileage to about 60 mi. per week. Find a winter marathon to run.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Find my limits at age 46/47/48...and on and on and on.
Personal:
I am very happily married to a wonderful lady. She is my biggest fan. I have two wonderful kids, 4 great step children, and two step grandsons. I teach Elementary school PE.

My 50 yr. old running and weight lifting partner 4 yrs ago in Rexburg, ID decided we should try a triathalon, 2 1/2 wks. before it was scheduled...so we frantically swam open water a few times, (neither of us ever swam)started riding bikes, and gave it a try. Did it in 3:23...actually came back the next year and improved at 3 hrs. Then I took up trail running.

I am training twice a day, 5 days a week. I'm getting closer to race shape, but not there yet.
