My wife, Teresa, has stayed by my side for over 21 years and I am a much better person as a result. Kristoffer, our only child, is now 15 and continues to exceed all my expectations. If you look in the dictionary under the word luck you will see my smiling face.

I managed a decent run on a treadmill in the hotel. Felt a little instability in the knee around the 1.38 mile mark but no big pain. Did quite a few stretches afterward.

I managed to jog about 1.25 mi then had to walk a bit. Had hopes of picking back up after the walk break but the knee was emphatic that I should stop.
