Nice run this evening after work. There is a 0.75 mile track around a set of ponds in the business park so I ran around that a few times before setting off on the streets. Plenty of ups and downs so I got a real good workout.

A little warmer this evening with very little breeze but still a wonderful late summer evening.

Good job doing some distance after a longer run the previous day and keeping about the same pace for both runs.

Thanks Dave. I am trying to get my weekly mileage back on track after last week's break. If I am going to manage 25-30 miles per week I am definitely going to doing the majority of them at the slower mark.
