Oh it's hard to recover from a wonderful weekend in St. George!! I planned to run with Heidi C this morning but when the alarm went off, I really didn't want to get up.  Never the less, I did, knowing I would regret it later if I didn't.  The forecast last night said 28 degrees this morning so I only wore a thin pair of pants, a short sleeved shirt and a long tech shirt over (with a beenie and gloves of course).  I walked outside and thought "ummm, I wonder if I dressed warm enough" but figured I would warm up quickly.................I was wrong!!!.  Heidi told me her thermostat registered 21 degrees so it's not like it was THAT COLD but I was FREEZING!!! I had to stop and walk a couple of times this morning,  It was one of those days.  Baby was laying low which wasn't easy on the sciatic or the bladder (sorry for the honesty) but if I walked for more then 20 seconds, I froze so it motivated me to keep running.  Poor Heidi, she is such a great friend!! She just goes along with me and is so nice to stop and walk with me!! I am lucky to have her.  Moral of the story is it was a rough run this morning, especially after such a wonderful run on Saturday!! Oh well, I will keep going.  I am almost 31 weeks now which is only how long I lasted running with Baby #3, so I feel grateful to still be running and running 5 miles at that.  I am sure I will continue to slow down but I will fight as long as I can:). Happy Monday!!!
