Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 


Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

Tyler took the early shift today so I met up with Heidi and Sue (seesuerun) at 7:30 for a run.  It was nice to sleep in a little bit and was really nice running with these ladies.  This is the first time I have ran with Sue and I may have to say that she is one of the sweetest and most humbled runners I have ever ran with.  Really!  What a sweetie. Mix sweet little Heidi into the mix and you couldn't ask for a better equation for running.  It was cold this morning and a thick haze that made breathing a little harder, but all in all, it was a great run. Tyler had worked up what was supposed to be a 11 mile course for me (thanks Ty), little did I know that I messed up the end and cut of .75 of a mile off putting us at about 10.25 total mileage (including our walking which I stopped my garmin for).  Now, it's time to get my Saturday started, I have a very messy house that needs to be cleaned. Have a great Saturday everyone!

It was a great run this morning. I wish I was over there by you guys so that I could make it more often. Thanks for all the compliments I really don't deserve them all though :) I am excited to run with you guys again!

Sue: It was great running with you. I wish I lived close to everyone. Maybe we should just create our own running town. Anyone who is a runner could be a resident of the Runner town and we could all just run with anyone and everyone every day!! What a great idea!

Marion, Teena and Tarzan: Last night was a complete blast. Teena and Tarzan, you guys left too early. I wanted to visit with everyone longer. We ended up staying there until after 11:00. Scott and Kelli were probably thinking "leave already", but,we were having so fun, I could have stayed forever. It's weird that I just met everyone and already I feel like we are long time friends. What a fun thing this blog is. Thanks to everyone who made last night so much fun. I can't wait to do it again and soon (hint hint). Teena, you are darling as well and I loved visiting with you and getting to know you better. You are incredible and I can't wait to just keep getting to know you more and more! Luvs.

Tarzan: It was so nice meeting and visiting with you as well and I will make sure that I relay the message.
