Mile warm up, 3.63 easy miles, 7:45 average pace. Finally got a nice group of runners, Kenny came, and him, talon, clayton and I all ran together. It was really fun to run in a pack again. Legs felt good, the soreness is finally abating. Feeling strong again. Ready for simplot
