Pace: ranging from 6:15-7:15 the lowest on the down hill and the slowest on the up-hill. Mostly at 6:50 pace. It was a good run, good to get all the little junk out after the week-end. My right shin hurt for a while, then my knee felt awkward, but all went away after the first mile. I read this article the other day that perfectly explained my roller coaster xc season...it was all about consistency in practice and races. I need to be more consistent during workouts and practice and then I will be in races. Meals: none Sleep: 10:30-7:30 9 hours. Clothing: gloves, beanie, and compression socks. |
