Ran at 6 again. It was a great run by myself. I just went where we did yesterday without the add-on. I felt great, but once again those huge hills mixed with the high altitude had me gasping for air! It was a great warm-up for our high altitude camp coming up! I have been working on getting rid of my anxiety by talk through it and breathing long, slow breaths. It has been working wonders! It always happens to me before races and stuff so this should help. |
