AM- 5x1 mile repeats with .25 rest on the track. Byron and I were suppose to go 6 minute pace for this workout...but we didn't...we killed that time! haha Anyway, I focused on every 100m really. I stuck just behind mike and for the first couple were only a few seconds behind. My times were 5:45, 5:43, 5:40, 5:35, 5:37 (some were guesstimations based on how far back we were from mike and others michael told us our time). I am glad I've had such good workouts lately...now just got to keep the snow ball rolling until its an avalanche! |
