AM- 3 miles E. PM- 10x400m at 1:10 pace. I hit all about around there. I had to use Abel's watch, because me and krenshaw and colton didn't have a watch. I felt really stressed and this workout helped get out my frustration, especially the last one I just let it all out (ended up getting a 1:07...oh well). Running is still going great! Can't wait for Hurricane. |
