8 w/ 2mile tempo. First 6 miles was pretty decent (7:28 pace). Then the last 2 miles was the tempo. The first mile was good, but I was feeling blah today, because I didn't eat/sleep enough yesterday. My legs just wouldn't go and I felt like slowing down. (6 min pace). Then the last mile I didn't have anything left. I tried to keep the pace, but I really need to take a nap today and eat more! (6:50 pace). I'm just going to shake it off and move on! |
