AM- Old Man Hills 3x(800,400,200). I felt pretty good on this workout. We weren't suppose to go as hard as we could, but just a good pace. I ran with Mike the whole time and I felt really smooth. I kept my stride quick. I can't wait for the meet in Kanab this weekend. I am going to just have fun and be confident in myself as a runner and if I qualify for State that's a bonus! PM- After mountain biking with hunter and ryan (super fun) I went on an easy run out to the double churches and back. I felt good, even though I did a lot today. |
