Old Man Hills 2x800m. Hadn't done this in a while so it was hard to tell if I was good or not. My first 800m I stuck with mike almost all the way, and I swear I was closer but he said I was 5 seconds behind him. (2:33) My second one I did the same about, but I pushed it more at the end. (2:33) I hadn't done this workout in a while so it was nice to get the first one done. Goal to get to bed by 9:30 - CHECK! only 65 more days until a habit is formed! |
