AM- 3 miles E. I felt alright this morning. Need to take care of my muscles more and get to bed earlier. New goal- in bed by like 8:30 would be nice...asleep by 9:30! PM- 10 miles with 24min AT (5:45/mile), I was feeling a little blah warming up the first couple miles, so I was a little worried going into the workout. We started out and I got into a groove and guess what? For a while I shut my mind off for once!! I think thats one of very few times I have been able to! I stuck with mike, able, coach, and jason until around a mile left it seemed like mike and coach picked it up a little it felt and I was just a bit behind able. I averaged around 5:33/mile which is like 12 seconds faster than what I am suppose to get!! Coach said it was our best tempo of the year which is awesome!! |
