20 minLT...oh wait its stupid 15 minLT! Accidentally read the workout for next weekend and did it...stupid right?! Well anyway, I warmed up a mile and then got going. First mile of it was around 5:24, but then it started going a little up hill and I hit a wall and I probably averaged just above 6 min pace. The last bit, around a 1.5, was good cause it was downhill it was 5:30 pace. So, if it was the 15 LT I think I could've kept pace, but whatever. I just need to push through my wall. Also, it was hard cause I ate like 30 min beforehand so I felt like throwing up. |
