I ran the workout today...sort of. We had to pack and things so I didn't have time for a good enough warm and cool so I only went a mile on each. This workout sucked cause I was tired, it was extra humid/hot, i was malnourished, and hunter wasn't with me. I was trying to run well, but it just wasn't in me today. And it happens and I am just gonna accept that and do better next time. My 1600m equivalent was 5:42, 5:57, 5:56. They weren't really great times, but for how bad I felt...they actually were good. I will just rest up and do better next time!! |
