AM- It was good except right at the beginning I had to tie my shoe and when I started to catch up a shocking pain went through my thigh...but weird thing is it doesn't hurt anymore.
PM- 7x800m. It was not my best workout....I felt dehydrated, fatigued, and mentally all over the place. I started out good-ish but then on the last three I found myself struggling to get my legs moving and really just not in it mentally. The heat may have played a role, but I have been doing so good lately at workouts I can't see why I could't just push through it. I really need to work on finishing workouts and getting my legs moving the right speed even when they are dead. |
