AM- 3 easy. Felt pretty good.
PM- 6 + striders. I felt pretty good. It was a really easy pace. I forget how good of form I have (I caught my form in the mirror a couple of times). All I really need to do is lessen the time my feet are on the ground and have a quicker turnover and believe in myself and I could see massive improvements. But anyways I think the improvements I've seen the past bit is really going to show on saturday at Pre-Foot! |
