4 miles 1% incline .5 at 10:00 pace to warm up 3.5 at 8:28 (7.1) I wanted to do four at this pace but stopped early not so much out of pain or fatigue but just because I could... I really need to learn some of those Jedi, ninja or Rhett mind tricks to stay on the treadmill when want to get off. At the time I thought "I can't go any farther" but sitting here I know I could have. STINK! This is just slightly faster than the pace I want to go at painters. I am not sure how I think I can run 13.1 at this pace when I cant even do 4. |
