Gravitron 8 pull-ups lowered weight by 10 pounds, 6 pull-ups lowered weight again, 5 pull-ups. Still 0 pull-ups on my own!

Yoga - I could do a pose call side crow today for the first time.  In the past I have been able to get into the pose but not hold it for very long.  I think because I have been spending so much time on my back and shoulders it has become easier.  On my left side I think I could hold it all day. this is what it looks like if I can bring in the photo.

That's really cool, Kathie!!! You're getting stronger and stronger every day.

By the way, how did you post that picture?

AWESOME workout. Holly Crow!!! That's one serious-crazy-mad-dangerous pose. WOW, you are one TOUGH YOGA DIVA. How long do you hold that pose?

From Kathie on Fri, Dec 05, 2008 at 17:04:20

I googled the picture and then just copy and paste it into my log.

Smooth - I held it for three breathes so I guess about 20-30 seconds. It gets really wild when you try to straighten your legs!

From Andy on Fri, Dec 05, 2008 at 17:11:58

If you can do that pose you don't need to do any pull ups. Maybe that should be the next contest - who can hold the side crow the longest.

From Kathie on Fri, Dec 05, 2008 at 17:13:11

Good idea Andy I think I could win that one!

From Smooth on Fri, Dec 05, 2008 at 17:23:06

Good grief!!! Straighten your legs while holding that pose? ARRGGHH, no more contest. We're runners in training, not acrobats or some GI Joes/Janes, man alive!!! Fun stuff though!!! :)

From Kelli on Sun, Dec 07, 2008 at 17:45:49

I am so impressed that you can do that pose!!! I do not think I will EVER get there, but I try it every week! CONGRATS, people do not realize how hard many Yoga poses are!
