9X400 meter repeats @ 7:30 pace these are still not getting easy really struggled on the last one but I made it through.

No gravitron today left the gym early to avoid the storm. I might do some push-up later "just for fun"

Repeats are never supposed to be easy, just do-able. Sounds like you are doing them right.
