8 X 400 meters at 1% incline and 7:30 pace. Was not as hard as last week but still very hard! I felt my left knee start to hurt on the last one but it is all better now so I am sure it was just tired like the rest of my body!
Lifted for quads and back
Gravitron 2 pull-ups at 80 pounds 3 at 90 4 at 100 rest 5 at 100 still not one pull-up alone! Kids no longer laugh at me they just feel sorry for me. One son commented that he "thought I might have moved this time" so so sad! |
