8 X 400 meters at 1% incline and 7:30 pace.  Was not as hard as last week but still very hard!  I felt my left knee start to hurt on the last one but it is all better now so I am sure it was just tired like the rest of my body!

Lifted for quads and back

Gravitron 2 pull-ups at 80 pounds 3 at 90 4 at 100 rest 5 at 100 still not one pull-up alone!  Kids no longer laugh at me they just feel sorry for me.  One son commented that he "thought I might have moved this time"  so so sad!

Thanks Matt I am hoping to go to the Vegas bowl... I hinted that is what I want for christmas but I think hubby has already bought my gift.

WOW, awesome speed workout. What's with kids these days, laughing and feeling sorry? Wait until they're our age, they'll flip if they realize how tough you are.

What a great workout. Some speed work along with weight training. And you might have moved on the pullup. Congrats! I love the picture. Go Cougs!!!
