A short run after an eventful morning. Legs still feel very thrashed from the poky marathon.

Perhaps I should elaborate.  Baby boy was born this morning at 7:31, after a surprisingly quick, 40 minute labor.  The midwife arrived at 8:10, so I delivered him.  Fortunately, everything went smoothly.
