They were supposed to be slow miles, but once again, marathon mind took over and the pace probably crept up a bit. I left the garmin home. What a perfect night. The moon wasn't out yet, so it was nice and dark. I nearly tripped over a crack once. Wouldn't that be perfect, a couple days from the marathon? I've been to the chiro twice this week getting my low back worked over. Between that, ice and ibuprofen, things feel better than they did Monday. At least the pain is no longer radiating into my left leg. |
