Starting at 6 with a very awake baby in the stroller and a talkative 7 year old on her bike, we made our way to Freedom Hills Park.  She played on the stuff while I added enough laps around the path to hit 8 miles.  We got home just in time to get her turned around and out the door for the first day of school.  She only needed to turn her shirt inside out, eat more food and get her hair properly configured.  My hips feel okay/funny from Saturday, which is lots better than bad/funny.

the bad/funny combo is definitely something to avoid. nice running this morning with your kids.

how is the tibia feeling?

Thanks, allie. The tibia feels fine. I even forgot to wear the compression sleeve on Monday and Tuesday with no niggles. You are logging heavy miles. How is your tibia?

If you are going to be in OV that weekend, you might as well win the Huntsville Half marathon. Wait, if we are running up there anyway, we can just take advantage of the aid stations without entering...I like that.

glad it's okay. mine is feeling fine as well.

i like your aid station idea. i didn't know there was a huntsville half. that's great to hear though -- this state needs more half marathons.
