On the treadmill. I have video. I have sound. But the tv blinks off after 20 minutes. It's the tv my son plays x-box on, and I guess it's old, and needs a new bulb or something. So I watched tivo for 18 minutes, then had to switch over to the small tv for more prison break. About the running, I put three fast miles cuz I increased the incline and pace and held it for as long as possible. |
