My gps died. This was a very unfamiliar course. It was a pretty dark and windy run, with some good climbs and lonely, spooky trails. I hate running down the hills. It makes my knees hurt.

I was looking back at my SG marathon report and your comments, and then I looked at how much time you dropped in your last marathon. What changes did you make to drop that time? I am looking for any helps, so I can get that elusive BQ at Saint George in Oct.
