Mile repeats. The first two were good, after that, the wheels fell off. That's what you get for trying to hit 6's with 1 minute recovery.
Better than seven 8-9 minute miles pushing a jogging stroller in terms of training, though.

Not sure about "wheels fell off" but nice job with the mile repeats. That's some quick running there, especially for an old duffer.

The first two were too quick. I couldn't keep pace after that. While they ran ahead, I loafed along behind.
