I got up super early (6:45) and did BST to Freedom Hills.  Ugh summarizes this run perfectly.  My legs were dead and the gusting winds didn't help.  By the time I reached pavement, things were more steady, around 7:20 pace, but the trail portion was a dusty walk-fest.

Yeah, I know about that wind. My pace was no where near 7:20. Nice work!

Let me hasten to add that pace was only for a mile or two. Don't give me credit unless credit is due. The overall run was 71 minutes, so that's none too impressive.
