After feeding the girls lunch, they hopped on their bikes and rode with me to the "dinosaur" park.  There were three football games going on; I'd never seen the park so busy.  They played on the equipment and in the sand while I did 6 miles of laps around and around.  It was 75 degrees, so a little warmer than is optimal.  I collected two sandy girls and we rode/ran home.  Anna ran out of "power" and sprawled on the neighbors' lawn until I went back down the street and pushed her up to the house.

Lately, I have nothing.  The running is sluggish, slow, torpid.  Perhaps my mojo will return in time.  The only reason I went today was so I could at least have somewhat respectable mileage for the week.  It's a good thing for this blog, or I'd be slacking even worse.

It's so true about the blog. "If I can't post double digits on a weekend run, what will the others think?" I mean, a friend said that he thought that way. I of course never have.

You ended up getting more miles than I did on Saturday. Wanna go long this Saturday?

No worries - mojo always comes back eventually. It's what makes the world go 'round.

Nice ten miler.

i think my mojo was washed away in the rain at TOU. haven't had any since.

i'm sure yours will return soon enough. good job getting the 10-miler in despite the torpidness.

right now i'm dealing with my lack of running and subsequent "blog guilt" by just posting an announcement saying i'm not running. it actually seems to work out okay...
