8 hours and 20 lawns.  I'm pretty tired.  I wish my mowers went faster so these could count for running miles.  Game one of the ALCS awaits, along with some power eating.

Hey I've seen bloggers count "walking around the mall for two hours" and other such activity as miles. 20 lawns could easily count for 10 miles! Lol!

Seriously though - that's a full workload there - at least you know you got plenty of exercise today! That's gotta contribute to your overall fitness.

I mowed lawns for a couple of summers during my high school years. I can honestly say I was never more exhausted at the end of the day.

Go on, you can tell me; it was one of those sit-down lawnmowers, wasn't it? Bang the miles under the bike.

It's probably a good idea that your mowers don't go any faster. I can just see you running a 7:30 pace with your mowers. The outcome would be.....well let's just say interesting. You may never get a call again. If you want a similar effect, come and get my double running stroller and pack a couple of your kids in. That is always fun.

Bam, they are indeed walk-behind. It was long day. Tara, I always marvel at the ladies pushing two kids. You'd have to be very selective about your running route to avoid hills, or plan on a very tough workout. JD, one time I took a gps to approximate how many miles I put in for a day, but I kept leaving it on for driving and quickly gave up. ACorn, my son keeps talking about your screaming fast 5k last week.
