7 am  Biggest Loser Progression run.  They seem to have the show back on track, which is great.  I love a show that provides family wide inspiration, and demonstrates how to work, change, show compassion, etc.

56 minutes, so better than usual as of late.

Biggest Loser Progressive run? Cool, where did you find that workout?

This season of BL already seems a TON better than last season. Jillian is back, that is probably why.

Ha! I was planning on running while watching Biggest Loser on Friday afternoon but I totally talked myself out of it and ate a bowl of ice cream instead. No joking. Love that show.

we got over two feet of snow - I imagine you guys got pummeled as well! if Utah is going to have real winters again I'd better start looking for a treadmill.

Bec, BLPR is a longstanding tradition. Start at 5 or 6 or 7 mph and bump it .2 mph every commercial break. I invented the workout. Really.

I think they did a much better job of screening the contestants, not to mention the Jillian effect.

Natalie, I hope you enjoyed your ice cream. Life is too short to spend too much time on the treadmill. However, time spent on the treadmill while watching Biggest Loser cannot be deducted from your pre-assigned # of minutes.

JD, outside running after a weather event like yesterday would be ROUGH.
