4, nice and easy.  I wanted to shake loose some of the metabolic crud left over from Saturday.  Everything seems operational, except my left calf.  It's still knotty and sore, but runable.  One drawback to this marathon is having this running-bereft week after during the most perfect weather of the the year.
I learned a lot last Saturday.  I've got a fairly steep climb ahead of me to run a sub 3.

also, sorry for my "giant moose" comment -- i misread your report in a state of extreme tiredness. you could just steal tara's, but once again you are faced with the dilemma of finding a place to display it.

I'm sure that's a real problem for you, allie. Where to display all your race swag? Maybe you could rent some space in Sugarhouse and have a little museum. I would hardly say I'm recovering...I just needed my prozac run, you know? Also, you came in 1 min/mile faster than me, so I would expect you to need more recovery.

Yeah, I agree with Allie. You are recovering well. The weather is so nice this week, ahhhh perfect for a long run:( I'll bet you money you get a sub three next year with the right race. I'm looking to UV Marathon and St. George. bound for sub 3:)

Hi Kam! Great job on Saturday. Really fun report. If I could run a 3:11 I'd declare myself the best ever even though I know it wouldn't be true. I'd feel that way! I'm running St. George and your race was an inspiration to me. I'm just hoping to finally break into the teens.
