After three straight days of raking leaves and cleaning up yards, I had to get something of a run in. I mounted up the treadmill, and did a couple, before cranking the incline to 10 and the speed down to 4. I did that for a couple miles, then ran one more at 8:30 pace, so I could hurry and be done. My wife was bored with the treadmilling and wanted to watch a movie or something. One of my son's friends came over, and was startled by the half naked man in the basement. I had just finished, so she got the sweaty glory. Between the yard work and snow shoveling on Sunday morning, I'm pretty bushed. Gotta keep running, though. |
