I had a dr. apt. on Tuesday.  Consented to a tetanus booster and hepatitis vaccine.  I'm  achy and feverish today.  On a scale of 1-10 my interest in running was 2.  But I figured I needed the mood enhancement.  5 in 45 minutes.  Objective met, and not much more.

When I run on the TM my feet get really hot.

You should shave your feet. It worked for Pedro. Okay, maybe it was his head and it didn't work to make him less hot, but it's an idea. Especially if you're a hobbit.
