1.25 episodes of 24.  It was so hot outside, I figured I may as well multitask while sweating.  3@7:30 and 2@7:00.  I won't revisit my confusion about the relative speeds of my treadmill and real running, but tonight gave me pause once again.  Time for ice cream...

Good run Kam! I told my wife about your running partners the other day with a kid in the stroller or one on the bike. That is really fun. I hope your new baby is doing well. Did I catch a hint of some problems in one of your blogs? Or is everything okay?

Nice workout, Kam! I have no clue how my treadmill times translate to the real world.

Thanks for asking, Reed. I a bit concerned about some pain in my left tibia, but it has moved on to my left hip pointer, so, no, there's nothing epically wrong with me. It seems like every time I gear up for a marathon, some part or another gets a bit irritated and sore.

Nice run. I always feel like a full out sprinter on the mill! I think track workouts are so much easier.
