Slugfest along Legacy.  I went to mile post zero for the first time.  Getting there was okay.  Getting back was less fun.  I only sort of had it for a while today.  The last couple miles were ________(fill in demonic descriptor of your choice).  I got home by 8:45, though, so at least my whole day isn't shot.  Time for second, non-gel breakfast and ibuprofen.

I noticed in your personal info on the side that your wife also runs. Is she on the blog? Do you guys ever get a chance to run together? Nice miles today, are you running a fall marathon?

My wife is recovering from a stress fracture. Sounds kind of familiar? We don't run together much, rather, we support each other running. For some reason, I registered for the Layton Marathon on October 9th. To quote the Beatles, "It was a good idea at the time".
