For snacks I had sour patch kid watermelons and hershey kisses. 11 miles, 89 minutes. I varied the incline with a several miles of downhill, but mostly flat and slight uphill. This run was quite momentous, as I completed Season 1 of "24". On to season 2, although it won't be that treadmill time of year much longer.
Following the run I gorged myself on fajitas at Chilis. I highly recommend this recovery meal. |
