It was a good run to start the week, most of it at Bicentennial Park in Provo.
Morning: 4 miles out to Center Street and back.
I helped my mom with her speed workout today. We did 6 x 1200 with some rest in between. In total, we did about 8 miles and I did the last 1200 at 6:20 pace, which didn't feel that bad.
Just five in the morning.
8 total, up to and around the Provo temple. Most of the run was around 7-7:30/mile.
I was planning a long run but had a sharp pain just in front of my achilles, so I called it off.
